Here’s a short series of my favorite walking around shots from Saturday’s rib and ancillary prep at the World Steak.Championships X in March 2024.
Saturday was a busy day with both a rib competition and the first round of the Ancillary World Championships. For ancillaries, it was anything goes so long as they used Croix Vallley sauces. If you were there, I hope I got a good one of you.
